What has happened in that time?
- I rejoined the gym (only went twice in a month though)
- I resubscribed to Peloton for meditations (I know it's not why most people subscribe to them)
- Tried to get out in the real world for a little bit
I am working on making health and wellness and weight loss plans for 2024, and that means makes a true assessment of my health and where I am currently sitting and make a realistic plans for my health.
I will not wait until the first of January to get on track with my health plans, I have already began.
I love working out. The neuro chemical response I have while and after exercising is vital to my well-being right now.
My fitness plans til the end of the year
- Do cardio daily (something)
- Strength train 3-5 times per week
- Stretching or yoga 3-5 times per week
I just wanted to reestablish myself in my online diary so that I can get back to daily posting.
